The objective of Smart Software’s partner program is to develop close working relationships with organizations that complement our strengths and are interested in offering their customers a unique set of forecasting and planning capabilities. Potential partners include software developers, systems integrators, resellers, consultants and other organizations that provide products or services for the ERP/DRP or Supply Chain Management marketplace.

Lead Referral Partner
Lead Referral Partners introduce Smart Software solutions to their sales prospects and customers, and refer interested leads directly to Smart Software. Smart Software then takes over the sales and support process. Referral Partners receive finder’s fees for those referrals that eventually purchase SmartForecasts.
Reseller Partner
Reseller Partners distribute Smart Software products and provide complete pre-sales and sales services, including the ability to fully demonstrate the capabilities of our products. They receive a margin on each product sale, but rely on Smart Software to help customers with product training, associated business consulting, and implementation and integration services.
Solution Provider Partner
Solution Provider Partners sell, implement, and support Smart Software products (often together with their own application solutions that complement SmartForecasts) but without the direct involvement of Smart Software. Solution Providers receive a margin on the product sale, and are also able to generate additional revenue by providing any product training, associated consulting, and/or implementation and integration services that may be required for Smart’s products.
OEM Partner
OEM Partners are interested in including SmartForecasts’ forecasting and planning capabilities in their own software products. This is normally accomplished via a licensing agreement that enables the OEM Partner to utilize certain elements of the SmartForecasts system in its software products on a “private label” basis.
